1 The intermediary person who introduces the capital (or equipment), which is free, will be returned at a rate of 12% against introduced the practical amount of the money (or cut-rate price of equipment) as a reward.

2 Introducing outside corporations, financial organizations or groups come here to join, hold or merge shares and set up sole, contractual or joint ventures, the intermediary person will be awarded 5% against introduced the real amount of the money after the completion of corporation reform or beginning to produce.

3 The intermediary person who introduces the fund leading upon consideration will be awarded as the following: if the rate of interest is lower than that of bank, 70% of the lower interests against the real amount of the money will be awarded; if the rate of interest is the same or higher than that of bank, the reward can be negotiated between the beneficial party and intermediary person.

Beneficial party will pay all the above-mentioned rewards.

4 The intermediary person introduces the technique into Yangquan. If the technique can lead economy development of Yangquan city and reaches great benefit, and is the high or new technique fills in a gap of Shanxi province. The intermediary person will be awarded for two years after the technique is in production and gains profit. The ways of reward are the following: after-tax profits yearly reach 100 thousand Yuan to 300 thousand Yuan, the rate of reward is 1%; 300 thousand Yuan to 500 thousand Yuan, the rate is 2%; 500 thousand Yuan to 1 million Yuan, the rate is 3%; above 1 million Yuan, the rate is 4%.

Beneficial Corporation will pay the above-mentioned rewards to the intermediary person after being confirmed by the Office of Leading Open Up Team.
